Just then, Hamlet saw the Ghost.
'I need revenge, Hamlet,' the Ghost
said. 'I need it now, quickly.'
After the play, Horatio met Hamlet
in Lhe garden. Polonius was in
the garden too, but they didn't
see him.
'Claudius killed your father,' said
Horatio. 'Now I'm sure of this,
Hamlet. When he watched the play,
I could see his face very well.'
'Then I must speak with my
mother,' answered Hamlet. 'And
I must kill Claudius.'

'Hamlet's going to visit
you,' he said, 'and
he's upset. Shall I be
here and listen when
he comes? I can hide
behind that tapestry.'
'OK, Polonius,' said
Gertrude.
'What do you know about Claudius?' Hamlet
asked his mother. 'Why did you marry him?'
Hamlet soon walked into Gertrude's room. 'What do you mean, what do I lmow about
